Admission Cancellation

Students wishing to cancel their admission must submit a written request to the institute.

Refund Policy

• Registration fees are non-refundable.
• Refund requests will only be considered before the commencement of the batch.
• Once classes have started, no refund will be provided.
• Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–15 working days after approval.
• Payment gateway charges, taxes, or administrative charges may be deducted where applicable.

Batch Transfer

Students may request a batch transfer based on seat availability and management approval.

Institute Cancellation

If UBGOT Academy cancels a batch due to operational reasons, students may choose either:

• Transfer to another batch, or
• Receive an eligible refund as per institute policy.
